Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This policy applies to travel product bookings completed through the CS LIFE platform. Different cancellation and refund conditions may apply to individual travel products because of the rules of airlines, hotels, destination service providers, transportation providers, and other third-party suppliers.
Article 1
If a product page states special cancellation and refund policies, the policy displayed on that product page and accepted by the member when completing the booking prevails. If the product page does not specify otherwise, the general cancellation rules in this policy apply.
Article 2
Unless a product page states otherwise, the following cancellation fees apply according to the time remaining before departure.
| Time before departure | Cancellation fee |
|---|---|
| 90 days or more | No cancellation fee |
| Within 60 days | 50% of the order amount |
| Within 30 days | 100% of the order amount |
| No-show | No refund |
Article 3
Even where the general cancellation rules above provide for a partial or full refund, any non-refundable fees actually charged by an airline, hotel, cruise line, transportation provider, visa provider, ticket provider, or other third-party supplier may be deducted from the refund in accordance with the applicable terms. If a travel product has different cancellation conditions because of a third-party service provider's rules, the cancellation and refund policy displayed on the product page at the time of booking prevails.
Article 4
If a travel product has a minimum group size and the trip is cancelled because that minimum is not met, fees collected for the relevant travel product will be refunded according to the applicable terms. Flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, or other services purchased independently by the traveler and not included in this order are outside the scope of this order's refund.
Article 5
If a natural disaster, extreme weather, war, epidemic, government measure, strike, transportation interruption, major airline adjustment, destination safety incident, or other circumstance beyond reasonable control causes a trip to be cancelled, postponed, or materially changed, the available refund, rebooking, or other treatment will be handled according to the actual circumstances, incurred costs, third-party supplier policies, and applicable law.
Article 6
If CS Points were used as a deduction on an order, the amount, method, and validity period for returning those points after cancellation will follow the CS LIFE points rules applicable at the time of booking.
Article 7
Amounts confirmed as eligible for a refund will generally be returned to the travel cash belonging to the booking account.
Article 8
Unless expressly permitted by the relevant product, a confirmed travel booking generally may not be transferred to another person. A request to replace a traveler will be handled according to the information-change rules in the Travel Booking Terms and Conditions and the policies of the airline, hotel, and other relevant suppliers.
Article 9
A traveler who needs to cancel a booking must submit a request through a CS LIFE designated customer-service channel and provide the booking number and required information. The cancellation time is generally the time when CS LIFE's system or customer service officially receives the complete cancellation request.
